Because Radiant Change Skincare is by appointment only, your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. I request that you acknowledge and respect my cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, I require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so by calling (941) 504-2983. If I don’t answer, leave your information via voicemail.
Please keep in mind that “No-shows” or last minute cancellations leave me with empty appointment times, which could have been scheduled for others desiring that time. Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
